There is a book by Octave Mirbeau called A Chinese Torture Garden. There is a scene in the book wherein a man is tied spread-eagle upon a table below a temple bell. The bell is rung incessantly until - driven mad by its tolling - the prisoner dies in madness and agony, having rent their flesh in the struggle to escape.

Whales have the same reaction to military SONAR.

The Sunshine Project offers information about military bioweapons and the organizations which produce them.

There’s also information about Fusarium oxysporum, otherwise known as Agent Green.

Project Pigeon

I was thinking about the tremendous expenditures involved in smart-bomb technology.

Then I remembered B.F. Skinner. Back in the 40’s BF was working with pigeons and noted their phenomenal visual acuity.

This gave hime the idea for Project Pigeon.

I wonder if the hordes of ravening warlords know about this?

Perhaps the US Justice Department should do some snooping at the Smithsonian.
