Checking the morning newsfeeds today I came on this bit from Stare. It seems that those wacky folks at the “Defense Sciences Office” are doing some serious work on Brain Machine Interfaces.
That’s some impressive stuff, but I also found folks who are working on Neutronics Neuromorphology in building the world’s first and only, intelligent, artificial life, human level brain, android. There are some photos here.
